14. summarize the steps in operating can sealer and pressure cooker
Answer:

Adjust the machine so that it will seal the cans you intend to use. Cans come in a variety of sizes. The adjustment dial on the bottom raises the can pedestal up or down. Some can sealer machines may not have a dial function; instead, they use a raising arm.
Fill the can to within 1/4-inch of the top. Can sealers are typically used for dry goods such as beans, flour, rice and other staple foods. It's possible to seal wet foods -- use the canning guide that came with the machine for instructions to do so.
Place an absorbing packet on top of your dry goods. Most dry goods require the use of an oxygen-absorbing packet to keep them fresh.
Put the lid on the top of the can. Make sure the lid is facing the right way; ridges should be on the top. Place the can on the can pedestal. Press the lower level on your machine to lift the raising disk or can pedestal. Press the lever down and to the left to lock it into position.
Push the sealing handle away from you to begin the sealing operation. Increase pressure on the sealing arm for approximately five seconds. Repeat the action with the sealing handle pulled toward you. This completes the can seam or sealing process.

How to Use a FoodSaver
By G.K. BayneUpdated September 26, 2017
FoodSaver is a registered trademark name of a brand of vacuum food-sealing appliances. While there are several different versions of the FoodSaver, they all basically work the same. Food goes into a special plastic bag, the air inside is vacuumed out and the bag is sealed. Some models offer canisters for dry-food storage also.
Make a Bag
Place a roll of FoodSaver bag material in the roll holder.
Pull enough bag material through the bag slot to cover the food you wish to seal. Pull out another three to four inches of material. Close the lid.
Set the "Seal Level" button to 3, 4 or 5 and press the "Seal" button. The lid will push down automatically. The indicator light will blink until the bag end is sealed. Seal level 3 is the standard seal mode, while 4 and 5 are used for sealing packages that contain more moisture.

22. how does the operation of can sealer different from a pressure cooker
Answer:
The pressure cooker is only used for cooking dishes and a can sealer for sealing a can lid. They both have a different roles and cannot do the work of the other appliance.
Explanation:
